Kurta: Westside (Bombay Paisley).
Pants: Colaba causeway.
Block heels: Penne, a Bangkok local brand.
Ever since I was little I have lived in Mumbai, which is known for so many things, one of them being the heat in Mumbai or as many people would call it, “Mumbai ki garmi”. Getting ready for hectic and busy day, full of work can get so difficult at times because all that we’re looking for is some comfort with a slight touch of style.
So here I’ve gone for a very effortless indo-western look that probably anyone can create and is extremely pocket friendly too! I’ve teamed up a printed kurta from west side, with pajamas of the same color, that I bought from Colaba causeway, as a kurta set all together.
For the feet, I’ve gone with lights grey textured block heels, which I purchased from a local Bangkok brand called “Penne”, are undoubtedly supremely comfortable, to run errands in. Keeping the look very work appropriate, I’ve gone for cat eyed shades from Zara and to finish the look I’ve used an ochre orange bag from Zara to store all my stuff in!
This look is extremely breezy, effortless and summer friendly for all workaholics! This is my super go to look, just takes five minutes to recreate! So do let me know if all you workaholics out there try this, on my Instagram (@styleofthesubtle) I’d love to see how beautiful you guys look in this simple yet so sophisticated outfit!
Until next time.
